That's your challenge. If you live and breathe marketing & lead generation - we want to talk to you! We’re looking for a versatile marketing pro who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound qualified lead channels.

Responsibilities include creating, tracking, and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, attending conferences, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years experience managing online and offline marketing campaigns.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a consistent flow of inbound leads through a range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Manage marketing vendors (we only have a few)
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, social media, email marketing, and more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target audience
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience minimum
  • Hubspot experience as we will be asking you ways to improve our workflows within it
  • Experience planning, executing, and analyzing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google & LinkedIn
  • Storybrand & BrandScripting Experience Preferred
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

    Compensation

    Compensation should range from $50 - $75K, based off of fit, experience and specific skills needed to do the job. There is also potential for team bonuses and individual bonuses for meeting success metrics after six months of employment.
